Kulo Seala is a Lesotho-based multidisciplinary creative, speaker, and performer who uses storytelling, music, and writing for social change. A playwright recognized by the BBC World Service, she has championed higher education reform and testified before parliament on student police brutality.

A lifelong orator and top 20 national essayist in South Africa, she studied law at the University of the Free State, serving as Chairperson of the By-Laws Committee and Residence Committee Culture Curator for Roosmaryn.
Deeply committed to civic duty, Kulo has worked as a private corporate and NGO consultant, championed higher education reform, and supported children, teenage mothers, and sex workers in Lesotho.
She finished top six in Miss Lesotho 2023, won Best Achiever, testified before parliament on student police brutality, and cut the Bicentennial logo ribbon with King Letsie III.
A playwright recognized by the BBC World Service and a singer with a near four-octave range, Kulo's work centers women's stories, memory, and cultural expression.
